Campania, the home of Buffalo Mozzarella, and the city of Paestum with its 2,500 year-old Greek and Roman ruins, which are incredibly preserved. Matera: some historians say it may be the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world. It’s sort of the inverse of a hill town, built into a steep canyon.
