Cycling in Andalucia, first in the Alpujara region, then in the Grazelema National Park. In the one shot Africa would be visible if it was a bit more clear. Juzcar: a blue village that’s taken on a Smurf theme.Hundreds of square miles of the Andalusian coast are covered in plastic where they grow vegetables. The one on the left that I photographed is small, only 2 miles across. The one on the right is a few miles further up the coast. That view is from Google Earth. It’s 20 miles across! The last 3 photos were taken in the original Santa Fe, near Granada. It’s where Columbus met the King in 1492 to negotiate the financing of his journey.
Looks like a fun trip with good roads. I’m going to do the Santa Fe half century.

Have you ever ridden that far on your hand-bike before?

I’ve done 40 miles no problem and have a big e-assist battery so should be fine.
